I really wanted to give Victor's a 5-star review because I believe in supporting minority-owned businesses, and the quality of the repair work appears to be excellent. Everyone I interacted with in person was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the repair process left a lot to be desired. We often had to reach out for updates instead of receiving them proactively, which added unnecessary stress. The biggest disappointment was when we picked up the vehicle. After spending nearly $12,000 on repairs, we were simply handed the keys and that was it. There was no walk-around to show us the completed work, no explanation of what had been repaired, and not even a simple "thank you for your business." Great workmanship deserves great customer service. A little more communication and appreciation would have made all the difference. I truly want to continue supporting Victor's and hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

Okay, First of all I have to give a BIG THANK YOU to Robert, Thank you very much Bro‼️ This shop genuinely care about their customers needs. I had a situation. I went to Victor's Body shop 30mins before they closed & Robert inspected the damage then took the car to the back. 10 minutes later Robert pull the car back around & The sensor that popped out was back in & the trunk that wouldn't close is now closing like new. Also thanks to the other gentleman that fixed the trunk. Amazing Customer service & appreciation. Thanks Robert for that blessing too!

Amazing and exceeded our expectations. My son and I brought a restoration project to Victor's hoping just for paint and they went above and beyond and straightened body problems, spent the extra time to make it perfect. I will be back again and again and will recommend them highly!! The price was very reasonable for the work we had done. They were very transparent about pricing from start to finish there were no surprises. They walked through each step, and this body shop is head and shoulders above our previous experience at other body shops.

I can’t say enough good things about Victor’s! I got in a wreck, and took my car there immediately. I was originally quoted July 8th for a completion date. Not only did I receive my car on July 3rd, but it looks as great as it did when it was brand new! every person I talked to were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention their prices are fair! I'm sending all my friends here. Thank you guys so much! Attached are pictures of my car before and after the wreck, and we spent less than $3000 to fix.
